LCL = \mu - \frac{3*\sigma}{\sqrt{n}} = 10 - \frac{3*0.3}{\sqrt{9}} = 9.7

b) The Center line / limit is computed here as:

CL =\mu = 10

c) The upper control limit is computed here as:

UCL = \mu + \frac{3*\sigma}{\sqrt{n}} = 10 + \frac{3*0.3}{\sqrt{9}} = 10.3
