Answer #1

The charismatic authority bears many positive aspects. This type of authority is more matured and this type of authority always helps us to be followed. Its confidentiality and skill are always superior. It shows sufficient humanity and humility. On the other hand, traditional authority is the general sense of authority and in this authority we do not find any type of extra quality. It is very conventional. Using force is a common matter in this type of authority. But in charismatic authority there is no question of using force. Therefore charismatic authority becomes an icon to others whereas traditional authority only creates threat and pressure.

The charismatic authority is a standard type of authority. It appears that all types of employees may not suit themselves with the charismatic authority.

It also appears that sometimes situation is so odd that the authority needs to use power and pressure on the employees. But in exercising power the charismatic authority is not so efficient.

In case of taking prompt action the traditional authority or legal-rational authority is more suitable than the charismatic authority.

Due to maintain charisma the authority may violate the legal codes where we do not find any violation of legal issues in the case of the legal authority.
