When loop is going into the magnetic field region, induced current will be induced in such a way that it will oppose the charge. This can be done if the magnetic field caused by induced current results in a magnetic field opposite to the given field.So, field due to induced current will be in downward direction, which tells that the induced current must be in clockwise sense, as seen from top.
