a).the probability of getting an order from Restaurant C or an order is not accurate is :-

= number of orders from restaurant C + number of orders that are not accurate - number of orders from restaurant C that are not accurate / total number of orders

=\frac{278+146-31}{1138}

=\frac{393}{1138}

\approx \mathbf{0.345}

b). the events are not disjoint because it is possible to select an inaccurate order from restaurant C.
