From the pie chart alone, it is impossible to determine the actual size in numbers of the different groups.

It is actually possible to determine the exact numerical size of each of the groups represented.

Both can be used to estimate the relative size in each of the groups in the whole sample.

So, we can conclude that statements 2,3 and 4 are the valid statements.
