Answer #1

I recommend that the company must enter new markets country by country. The following are the reasons for my recommendation.

  • The company can not bear the expense of a global launch as it is a mid-sized tech company.
  • The company may not have the capability to serve huge global demand immediately.
  • The problems in different markets would be different, the company may not be able to deal with multiple problems associated with the global launch.
  • The company may not get a chance to deeply understand the culture of different markets.
  • The company also may not be able to understand the regulatory environment of different markets.
