Answer #1

This situation is also known as emergency contraception . The pharmacies can dispense the morning pills without the prescription but it is rather important that you should not use these types of medicine without prescription of doctors. Because these are harmful and slow down of health and after few days at the time of pregnancy they show their side-effects . These situations should tells by the nurse to the guardian and patient also. She have to told that the age and change occurs during this age and tell them what is wrong or what is right.

In this situation provision 5 is applicable that mean care , promotion of health , safety , and well well being is much more important . This age is most risky at that time we have to check all our duties and what is wrong and right for us .
