Answer: The nurse should inform mother about the spacer as it is used in asthma. Spacer makes medication to reach to the lungs easily, and the deposition of the medication in the mouth an throat will be decrease. That means the medication will not get wasted.

The nurse should gives instructions about the salbutamol as it causes mild headache, bad breath as well as sometimes dry mouth and cough.

Case B

Answer: It is an age related disease in which the prostate gland get enlarged which causes difficulty in urination. The nurse anticipated this because the symptoms is of prostate gland enlargement which causes frequent urination as well as painful urination.

The tamsulosin is used in this disease as it relieves pain. It is an alpha blockers that relaxes the muscles and reduces the pain, hence help in urination.
