Answer -

No, I don't agree that prescription of drugs should be left entirely to the discretion of physicians. Clinical trial is very important step of experiment of any drug(medicine) prior to it's formation and launching in market to make it available for patients. Government role is equally important as they give the direction and also ensure safety measures for benefiting the patients. Government also regulate the manufacturing and pricing of the drugs(Medicine). If the entire process would be left on physicians or Doctors then they could create monopoly in the market. It is necessary that government should always monitor the whole process of clinical trials.

When reading text, you concentrate on the words rather than the punctuation. Computers; however, focus on punctuation before the actual words. Any mistake in punctuation can confuse the computer. More than half of the errors most people make while learning SQL are due to errors in punctuation. What makes this concept even more difficult is that punctuation has additional meaning in SQL that it does not have in the English language.
