If $ 188 was invested when share price is 32 $,

As, total expenditure = Price * Quantity

Quantity = total expenditure / Price

No. of shares will be calculated as -

= 188 / 32

= 5.875 shares.

Note : In the question it is asked to round off to 3 decimal place the answer, in actual no. of share can not be in fraction It has to be a whole number)
