The Inquiring Murderer case poses the problem allied with the opposition/ criticism to truth telling to be treated as the absolute moral rule.

It reflects that "Truth telling" may not be final, unique and ultimate facet in the context of morality.

There may emerge a need of "Telling Lies" and a lie will be reflecting the moral attribute in a specific case/ context.

Kant asserts that the public justice may not be finding a mistake/ error/ falut with the concerned person but in reality, if a person sticks to "Truth telling", that may be a reason behind treating a person faulty by society/
