Label Each component in the below shown pneumatic design and explain in one or two lines their use or purpose and how the below pneumatic device works.
Note: See the labeling in the image.
There are mainly four parts in the pneumatic circuit.
i) A- Double acting cylinder with cushion. The extension and retraction of the piston is controlled and the retraction will be fast. Hence, a cushion is kept at the end the piston for its safety.
ii) B- One Way flow control valve (used to control the speed of the air flow in one direction). It is used to control the speed of the piston in double acting cylinders.
iii) C- Quick exhaust valve – It helps in increasing the speed the air creating a wider opening. It is used to increase the speed of the piston in desired motion.
iv) D-5/2 way valve (number of ports is 5 and 2 is the number of switching positions) with single solenoid operation and spring return.
Retraction of cylinder:
i) Once the solenoid is off, the 5/2 valve return to normal.
ii) The air will quickly enter into piston and exhaust will be fast via C.
Note: The arrow are shown clearly. Watch it.

T-piece A T-piece or T-connector is a very simple component that lets us spli or divide airflow. It can be very useful if you want two cylinders to operate at the same time. AIR OUT IR OUT ARN 10 Figure 25 On circuit diagrams, the T-piece is identified by a dot. T-piece Figure Assignment 1. A delivery lorry uses a pneumatic braking system. The brakes operate when the driver presses the foot brake. Two single-acting cylinders should outstroke at the...

you have two different transistor a PNP and the other NPN ,one power supply ,one led (1.5 V),many resistors . Design a touch switch circuit and label the values of the Vcc and resistors on your design and explain how it work briefly. note :you must use the two transistors you can not use only one
m 3: (20 points) Design the stirrup spacing for the beam shown below. Change your design between Zones 1, 2, and 3 of the beam length, using a uniform spacing in each zone. Ignore the self-weight of the beam. Loads on the beam are service loads so load factors must be applied according to ACI 318 (subscripts "d" and T" denote dead and live loads, respectively). Material strengths are fe 4,0oo psi and fy 60,000 psi. The total factored shear...
