            Your model should first be built in order to answer all of the following research    questions. Make certain you have acceptable diagnostics and/or you have made an acceptable transformation.

I ran the regression with Salary as my Y and other 3 varibles as X's. I got the following normal probability plot which looks good in regards to p-value, but the residual vs fit plot doesnt look normal. Should I perform a transformation on X? If so how?
