  • For axial loading the fillet radius is 7.5 mm where as for the bending loading the fillet radius is 17.5 mm. First the stress concentration factor (K) would be calculated and with the help of appendix graphs the radius of fillet would be obtained for different loading condition (i.g for axial and bending ) (r/d).
