Gantt chart on Time scale, excluding Christmas (25th Dec) is following:

TOM DOOD 16-Dec 17-Dec 18-Dec 19-Dec 20-Dec 21-Dec 22-Dec 23-Dec 24-Dec 26-Dec 27-Dec 28-Dec 29-Dec 30-Dec 31-Dec

Therefore, the wedding organizer should start on :  16th December 2019
