For non- ideal mixture, activity coefficient can never be 1 and also gibbs free energy can never zero. Non-ideality is represented by activity coefficient, thus it can never be 1.

When the molecules of different shape and interactions are mixed then it generates heat of mixing and local composition can be different from global composition.

So, (a) and (b) are correct which means option (3) that is (a),(b) is the right answer.
