When molecules having significantly different sizes and interactions are mixed together, it will generate heat of mixing and the local composition will be different from global composition. All these will happen because it is not a mixing of ideal entities.

In case of ideal mixing, heat of mixing becomes Zero, Exces Gibbs free energy becomes Zero.

So Option (a) and (b) are true. So the correct answer is (a) ,(b).
