Write the priority order for evergy group on the chiral carbon.

Hydrogen gets the least priorit.

As the rotation is anti clockwise,so the configuration will be 'S'

But as the least priority group i.e, hydrogen isn't present on dash bond,so the actual configuartion will be opposite of what we have got.

So, the actual configuartion will be 'R'

anti-clockwise rotation ç Hj 2 Chancen 2 anti clockwise I A 4

Now write the longest chain.

The benzene ring acts a substituent and a prefix phenyl is used for it.
