The oil production process is the process of extracting hydrocarbons and separating a mixture of hydrocarbons, electricity, water and metals, removing non-salts, and selling hydrocarbons and liquid gas.
Typical sources of oil production are a mixture of oil, gas, and water produced. An oil refinery (also known as an oil refinery) is a plant that uses liquid products in oil wells to separate salty products and dispose of everything else in an environmentally friendly way.

Oil operations are more likely to occur overseas on the platforms (permanent coastal installation has a full potential for oil production), reducing emissions and eliminating all pollutants i.e. water and sand. This can be a problem during travel, either by boat or by subsea pipeline.

The process of refining crude oil
Crude oil needs to be processed before it can be used. The three main types of crude oil refining processes for refining oil into finished products:

Separation
Conversion
Treatment
1. Separation
In the first step, the molecules are separated using atmospheric distillation (e.g. at normal atmospheric pressure, also known as divination), according to their molecular weight. Oil is heated to temperatures of up to 400 degrees Celsius.

Oil residues will remain at the bottom as they are heavy molecules and will not evaporate. During the initial phase of disintegration, light molecules rise to the surface as they are heated. The maximum temperature is only 150 degrees. When oil conversion occurs you will get a lot of hydrogen and carbon present. Crude oil contains loads of hydrocarbons as is the case with petroleum products and natural gas.

2. Conversion
Through the process of conversion, heavy molecules can be converted, or "split," into simpler products where there is a greater need. Modern techniques also make the synthesis of small hydrocarbons larger, called compounding, and the reconstruction of molecules in a process called alkylation.

With this process, the temperature rises sharply by 500 degrees and an additive is added to make the chemical reaction much faster.

It should be noted that between each step includes the conversion that is more expensive and if the stiffness increases it will increase energy consumption and cost.

3. Treatment
During the oil refining phase of the refining oil you use, it is done to remove any unwanted impurities from the final product. It is a very important step as a little pollution can cause pollution.

With this process, you will be able to determine the improved air quality after a small amount of sulfur emissions from refined petroleum products, natural gas and smoke. International standards are stricter for oil production.
