a) Please find attached the image for the solution.

b) As the correlation coefficient lies between -1 to 1, and here we can see a negative correlation so can definitely conclude it be between -1 to 0, and as seen by the best fit line, it can be predicted to be -0.5 if the outlier was not there, considereing there is an outlier too we can finally predict it as -0.45 .

c) If we remove the influential point then the line of best fit is going to shift downward as the outlier was pulling the line upwards, having a high value of y component even at a high x point.

d) Conclusion will be as the snowfall increase, there is a fall in the number of cars that are present on the road.
