Part 1 - The two most important aspect that was unanticipated about learning outcome from internship experience involved -

  • Open-mindedness is the key to develop relationships & learn from each other. It is important to be not critical of others. I must understand and analyse the opinion of others and should be willing to modify my decision on the basis of that.
  • Demonstrate leadership and work towards the vision: I would need to demonstrate a high level of emotional stability, learning skills and consistency in my behaviour to achieve the mission & purpose of my life. During the internship process, I realised that how I should have improved at demonstrating better leadership ability in my roles.

Part 2 - How do I attempt to address & process this new learning outcome -

  • I must work towards a constant review of strength and weaknesses - It is important to understand personal strength areas and the improvement points. It helps to be in a constant state of improvement and become effective.
  • Hustle harder: It is important to progress and work harder to meet the objectives and achieve the goals. Success doesn't come easy and if genuine intent and effort are there it increases the chances of achieving the same goal. I want to have the same mission in life.

Part 3- How do I see myself using the learning outcome in the future -

I want to have a great ability to forecast and look into the future. The external trends understanding helps to make thoughtful decisions. It also helps to create an environment of aspiration and commitment in the individual thereby supporting to achieve the desired goals. I want to keep upgrading my skills.

I value the team opinion: It brings a diversity of thoughts, ideas and solutions to various organisational challenges. It brings creativity and the culture of innovation in the team leading to more success.
