1) Progress on business internship-

60% project goals achieved. However, 80% of the time has passed. So need to buck up and achieve the rest in the given time.

2) What am I doing well?

- Writing project report

- Data collection

3) What obstacles I encountered-

- Being a newbie, I had to figure out everything by myself from resources to reaching out to the right person.

- People take me casually since I'm an intern and not a full time employee.

- I'm undertaking the whole project by myself and there is no help.

How is it related to management principles-

Henry Fayol's principle of specialization is violated as I'm doing a wide range of activities everyday.

Potential solution-

I need to develop a niche of my work, and define my expertise in a particular area.
