Answer: Change is a need of our life. As environment as well as our surroundings changes we have to adjust ourselves to those changes. Change is sometimes difficult to adapt but it brings lots of improvement in our life. Change means accepting things which constantly changing in our surroundings.

As a leader one can accept the change as a challenge and can improve skills and knowledge. A best leader is the one who always thinks positive and leads team members to work together. A leader always try to remove any kind of hurdle and barriers which comes in the path of success. Leader always encourage team members which brings positivity in the environment.
