Acknowledging the various events that have taken place in my professional and personal life, I consider loosing my part time job as the real challenge that I have faced so far in my life which put an impact on both my professional as well as personal aspect of my life.

My part time job financed my college education and also helped me meet my personal expenses, so when I lost the job it acted as a big challenge for me as I did not had any other income to meet my costs. Thus it proved to be a very difficult time for me, because my tution fee date was nearing and I could not save money for paying it on time.

Yes this situation definitely challenged my skills and capabilities for finding a new job with convenient timing within a week. So i had to put my eloquence, interpersonal skills, qualification and specialisation into work in order to find a new job within this short period of time.

Yes I was at a place where the chances of getting a part time job with convenient working hours in mechanical field was very difficult as my residence was not a central location so I had to travel a little far in order to find opportunity for myself.

I started surfing internet to find all the nearest and best mechanical shops that could employ me as an evening engineer so that I could attend my college classes as well as work to get paid enough. I luckily came across a near by newly established mechanical shop. This challenge made me more resilient and helped me to instill patience and risk taking behavior. It also helped me to act sharply in times of stress.

I today see myself as a very confident person who can act assertively and strongly in times of difficulties , complexities and deadlines. I have overcame my fears of failing and I see myself as a person who has attained a "Not Giving Up Attitude" and who never stops believing in one's ability and potential.

It redefines me as a person who really believes in the phrase "Blessing In Disguise" and no longer detests and fears taking up challenges and acts strong in times of difficulties.
