a). Good communication skills :- This is one of the basic skills required for any individual to be successful in an organisation.

b). Ability to make an effective presentation in front of the crowd is also important.

c). Interpersonal skills to develop relationship with individuals is also very important to establish a personal brand.

The traits required for a person to make himself a brand are:-

a). A person should be humble.

b). The person should give opportunity to others to put forward their points.

c). The person should be a team player and support others in the time of distress.

These traits and skills are always beneficial to the employer because a person with these traits always shines in professional world and he would be an asset for the organisation.
