1. Why do you think it is so important that people label each other with regards to race and ethnicity? 2. Think about your childhood, describe expressions that were focused on a certain gender. 1) It is important to label each other in appropriate times on the basis of race and ethnicity, in order to maintain their racial identity and to be treated with dignity and equality despite acknowledgement of their race.

2) These kind of steretypical statements can make a child misunderstand that a particular behavior is entitled to only a particular gender which can lead to confusion and gender identity issues.

3)Gender influences one career path due to various physical requirements, and also due to various Stereotypes. All careers can be for all genders and they must have equal rights in pursuing them within being discriminated.

4) Gender shapes everyday life in various ways, from internal and external influences and how one is made to believe what is acceptable for a gender. It also shapes thinking and decision making voluntarily and involuntarily.
