1. Pervasive achievement gap is mainly seen in the field of education, service and social and cultural development. It happens for the racism. In the U.S the African Americans were neglected for some centuries. Therefore such gaps appear now. The immigrants from Latin America were not provided same facilities. It is also a cause for the achievement gap there.

2. Socioeconomic economic condition is directly related to the educational outcome.

To the rich people there is no economic problem. To them education is a kind of status. Therefore they take higher education.

To the middle class people the mentality grows to be stable as early aa possible. Therefore after certain period when they admit the child to the vocational education so that the children can be established aa early as possible.

In the poor family the children do not get chance for education. After primary education they become child labor.

3. The strategy for the diverse students:

• There should not be any discrimination in the class and out side of the class.
• All the children must be provided equal treatment.
• The teaching should be based on bilingual method.
• The institutions should be aware to the local culture and the socioeconomic background of the children.

4. For effective teaching I would like to follow:  

• The activity-based teaching
• Group learning by making some small groups.

5. 'Cultural diversity' means the coexistence of the people belonging to different cultures. There may be cultural diversity on the basis of religion, ethnicity, origin of birth, language etc. It develops the culture and makes the children more matured and they have tolerance, positivity, harmony, unity and so on. They learn to avoid discrimination and they bear broad outlook of life.
