Answer #1

Labour force includes the person who are employed as well as unemployed

Employed persons are those persons which actively participate in the workforce and contribute in the economy

Unemployed people are those people which do not currently the workforce but but are actively looking for the work for the last four weeks

Now when the government reduces the cost of sending children to day care centres it means there is a reduction in the government spending

Due to this phenomenon there is also a decrease in the employment

The overall impact is that the labour force participation rate will fall

It is calculated by the percentage of ratio of total labour force to the working age population

Answer is decrease in the labour force participation rate
