The above plot represents the relationship between dynamic error and the Programmed feed rate.

1. At the begining when the feed rate is at 1000 mm/min the dynamic error at all the directions X,Y and Z approximately is equal ( approximately 0.1 microns)

2. When the Feed rate increases the The error at Y direction increases  rapidly when compare with x and z direction.

3. Dynamic error Varies linearly in all the directions.

3. Approximately at 1800 mm/min the error is same at x and y direction.

4. The rate of change of error with respect to the feed rate is equal for both x and z direction.

5. Z direction is having minimum errol for all value of Feed rate.

5. The relation between the dynamic error and the Feed rate is.
