Firstly the movie "The words " is a beautiful scripted one yet eye opening movie to people who copies others work and publish them as their own work. When such incidents happens they don't know how the real contributors will feel pain for copying their work.

The moral and ethical issues the main character Rory faces is he was feared about his future that he can't do what he want to do.

So in that case he plagiarised the old man's manuscript. But he haven't about it will arise in future.when the actual time came that old man reveals that he was the real author. Rory felt sad deep inside and he regrets, he was the publisher to give credits to the old man but he disagree for what Rory says cause it gives bad reputation to both Rory ND publisher.

Rory felt he was a cheater and stolen the olds man script. It hit hard on Rory's part.It make bad part on Rory's moral values and his work.

And to talk about today's plagiarism situation and one's spoiling their reputation as well as others is people simply thinking others work modifying and selling them as their own. This have to prevent only by one's moral and ethical values.
