Indeed, the organization supports its associates or staff, and trusts them. For the survey undertaken in 2010 the partners stayed very involved. The answer is shocking, because each time it provides better outcomes. Eighty-seven per cent of partners reported being pleased or really pleased. The organization has warm-up wellness program for its staff and suppliers. The organization made its associates and staff suspicious. The organization has implemented specific proper care plans for its staff and associates.

• Celebrating the achievements to motivate the employees.

• Providing the effective coaching.

• Proper channel of feedback.

• Improvement of communications with partners.

• The employees should be given a chance to express their opinions.

• Improving the co-ordination and co-operation among the employees.

• Team work should be focussed.

• Autonomy to the individuals about the performance of their job tasks.

• Promoting open and healthy communication.

• Proper recreation and refreshments of the employees.
