Briefly describe the leadership in Starbuck in the perspective of leadership dimension, followers’ readiness and leadership style Using Situational Leadership Theory.

The four dimensions of leadership are the collection of skills, skills and characteristics which enable leaders to bring people together, to work effectively together, to align them with a common purpose, goals and objectives, and to get people to cooperate and depend on one another.

Once an employee is hired to starbucks, the supervisors have to supervise and organize their work in order to meet their organizational objectives. The manager knows the behaviors, habits, personalities, actions, motivation, disagreements, and so forth of his / her employees.

Followers are trained by the starbuck managers, who describe the advantages of preparation and the acceptance of the company community to them. Followers engage positively in all the targets that starbucks devise.

The style of leadership in starbucks is to help its workers in resolving the problems they face in order to fulfill the problems within the time frame of the organization. Leaders in starbucks educate their workers by helping them achieve their expertise within the company they need and helping them achieve their objectives along with their organization's goals.

Applying the Expectancy theory, briefly explain the motivation approach used in Starbuck.

In line with the expectation principle, workers are motivated when special incentives are given for their work success. The Complete Compensation package, including competitive base wage, incentives, generous health insurance coverage, compensated time-out plans, stock options, incentive programs and partnership benefits, manages Starbucks' qualifying part- and full-time partners.

The Employee survey of Starbuck has indicated that communication needs some improvement. Describe five (5) communication barriers that might have happened in Starbuck and five (5) methods to overcome the communication barriers.

  • It is not possible to routinely convey the company's information to its partners.
  • It is not always possible to interact with leading starbuck officials by the partners.
  • Because partners are located all over the world, the top management can not regularly visit them.
  • Cultural divide between the starbucks and their partners.
  • Barrier of language between the starbucks and their friends.

5 Solutions for overcoming the communication barriers:

  • Using the knowledge sharing information management program to make the business information accessible to partners.
  • Use virtual technology to communicate with partners worldwide.
  • Recruiting a manager to share information with his partners in the top management.
  • Formulate a multicultural team in order to connect with the cultural and language partners.
  • To share the details with all the stakeholders of the organization through various social and print media.
