1) The probability of success is same for each trial in all trials.

2) The exepriment is performed a fixed number of times.

3) The trials of experiment are independent of each other.

one additional condition is, 4) There are only two possible outcomes (either success or failure)

Therefore, first 3 conditions are correct but last condition in your options is incorrect. Last condition is NOT a binomial condition.
