4(a):

Among the communication techniques as given in four points, all comes under non verbal communication techniques.

Non verbal communication types generally includes facial expressions, body gesture and posture, eye gaze, paralinguistic and tone of voice too. A substantital partt of the communication in the daily life is non verbal only

4(b):

As we discussed above about the non verbal communication, communication used in daily life is mostly carried out with the non verbal communication only.Non verbal communication tells about who we are and the impact also how we can relate to the others.

A substantial portion of our communication is nonverbal. Experts have found that every day we respond to thousands of nonverbal cues and behaviors including postures, facial expressions, eye gaze, gestures, and tone of voice. From our handshakes to our hairstyles, nonverbal details reveal who we are and impact how we relate to other people.

Percentage of non verbal communication expressed by people is: 93%

There are generally two types of communication method, verbal and non verbal. But as soon as we see our daily work pattern, most of activities are based on non verbal communication only. SO verbal communication makes it to 7% of the total communication eay while non verbal is 93%.

Some best ways to retain the knowledge and information some best ways are as given below

  • By using the visual aids as by visuals we reatin more and long lasting also
  • Seeking out the demonstrations
  • By being the part of different group discussions
  • By teaching one another as it conveys the information from one to other
  • Putting any thing we do in to practise
  • Relating the different tasks and work with the cureent work which we already done
  • Making information and knowledge retreval from memeory
  • Writing with the hands
  • By reading out louder
  • By accepting our mistakes
  • Make everthing as a story
  • Repeat the task to retain

4(d):

In terms of performance reports, project team generally submits the reports and these teams are generally government bodies

A performance report is generally a report which is based on the performance of something. They are produced on the routine basis by the governmemnt bodies.The performance reports tell that how the money is spent in different areas whether efficiently or not.

Performance reports constains performance indicatiors. These indicators are the measure of the acheivement of tethe project team or the organisation.For example. for the police, performance report can show the number of arrests, crimes reported, total no of case solved etc

A performance report also tells about the outcome of the activity and it compares the actual outcomes to the budget and or the standards
