What are the Challenges facing the IT personnels when building and securing such Networks?

(i) network performance:- One of the biggest challenge is to optimize the performance of networks. Otherwise the network would be of no use. If you are sending files and it is not received in real time, then it is of no use.

(ii) security:- The another challenge is to secure the network from intruders. Unauthorized access can leak your personal data. ex- DDOS attack, sql injection etc.

(iii) cost of network building:- The cost of network building should be minimized.

(iv) configuration management: - we know that with the growing emplolyees in network , it is hard to manage the network performance. So configuration management is important.
