answer-

a- Millie can file her complaint under National labor relation act legislation. NLRA is a US law which protects private sector employees/workers from unfair practices by management and grant them the right to form unions, collective bargain and take collective actions like strike against unfair practices by management.

This law make sure labor laws are followed and prosecute those who violate them. It law also oversee the process by which employees decide whether to be represented by a labor organization. If employer discriminate an employee based on thier union activities or affiliation or force them not to join union activities then employer violate NLRA.

In this case,, Millie was fired because of her position and affiliation that she could form union in the company. This was the violation of NLRA.

b-Yes, Union can help because union make sure that rights of workers are protected, fight against management's unfair practice, make sure fair wages and safety is ensured. In this case, Union can fight and do bargain with management to return millie's job.

c- Yes, i think company will be unionized because millie was one of the old employee who was liked by all other co workers. She was respected by others. She was everyone's choice for unionization so when she was fired for unfair reason then workers will fight for her and decide to form union in the company.
