Concept fan skills refers to finding alternative solutions when one has ruled out all the other solutions. This could be done by taking one step backwards in the decision-making process and evaluate it with a new perspective. Identifying the main problem and working backwards one step at a time in order to find solutions to each stage would help one find workable solution when all the other options seem not working.
