Concept fan step is designed to find alternative ways to solve a problem. It is used when the conventional methods are not operative.

In solving the problems new ideas are developed. As for example, electronic waste is a great problem and it is doing lots of pollution. So, new ideas should be developed to manage the electronic wastes.

The recycle units should be opened. There should be agency to collect electronic wastes from the various sources.

From the electronic wastes new objects can be made. They can be used to for making new electronic tools that can be available in cheap.
