Answer #1

i.

Photosphere - Most of the Sun's visible light that we see from this region. These have a thickness of 300 km. Temeperature ranges between 4000 - 6500 K
Chromosphere - Visible only during an eclipse. These have a thickness of 2000 km. Temeperature ranges between 4000 - 8000 K

ii.

Core temperature of sun : T_C = 15 * 10^6 K

Photosphere temperature of sun : T_P = 5700 K

Ratio --> \frac{T_C}{T_P} = \frac{15 * 10^6}{5700} = 2600

Ratio is 2600 : 1

iii.

The process is Nuclear Fusion where 2 hydrogen isotopes ( deuterium ) combine to form Helium

    Hello, I need help solving the 3 parts of this question. Part - Factors affecting the dissolution process The rate at which a solute dissolves in a solvent depends on the kinetic energy of the soluton, theme of contact and the surface area of contact between the solute and the solvent particles. Both endothermic and exothermic dissolution processes will respond similarly to each factor, however the charge may be more pronounced depending on the thermodynamic penters of the reaction. As...
