Answer #1

1) Given that the black fur (B) is dominant over brown fur (b).

Two black mice had only black offsprings.

Possibilty 1-

The genotypes of parents (Black)-

BB X BB

B B
B BB BB
B BB BB

When both the parents are homozygous to black allele, they give rise to offsprings who are all black.

The genotype of offspring is- BB

Possibility 2-

When one parent is homozygous black (BB) and another one is heterozygous black (Bb)-

BB X Bb-

B b
B BB Bb
B BB Bb

When one parent is homozygous black (BB) and another one is heterozygous black (Bb), they give rise to offsprings who are all black.

Genotypes of offspring-

BB or Bb

Thus the correct answer is-

a- BB

b- Bb

2) The genotype of the mouse for testcross is bb (white fur).

If the black mouse is homozygous- BB

It will produce all black offsprings.

If the black mouse is heterozygous- Bb

It will produce both black and white offsprings
