Since, we have to test for the average rating of the four types of salsa. Therefore we use here ANOVA test and according to the ANOVA test the null hypothesis for the given test is:

NULL HYPOTHESIS (Ho) : There is no significant difference between the average rating for the four salsa, that is, μ1 = μ2 = μ3 = μ4
