The given microscopic field (given picture) shows single and oval shaped morphology and this morphology is present in group sometime. This groups are creates only the formation budding. This picture also shows that single oval shaped structure have bud formation capacity. Yeast can produced into budding method and it is member of fungus. So this picture is mention that these are yeast ( Option A).

Yeast are oval shaped and present in single in the microscopic field but some time it is shows bud formation. Chloroplast and other option structure are not oval.
