The same article states that high-voltage currents of 500 V and more can cause deep burns, while low-voltage currents consist

As from this simple information i can say that electrocution mostly take place from approx 120v and above , so since that is actually higher and greater than the nerves signals of the body electrocution is bounded to happen due to because the body can't take the suck.

So I go for 2 ans.
