1)The difference in magnitude= (26.7-1.52)= 25.18

The sun is (2.512)^(25.18) times brighter than the Sirius.

2)The difference in magnitude= (4.3-2.2)= 2.1

The Venus is (2.512)^(2.1) times brighter than the Mars.

=> The Venus is 6.92 time brighter than the Mars.

3) The difference in magnitude = (8.2+1.52)= 9.72

The Sirius is (2.512)^(9.72) times brighter than the star.

The Sirius is 7730.2 times brighter than the star.

4) The difference in magnitude= (12.6+12.6) = 25.2

The full moon is (2.512)^(25.2) times brighter than the dim galaxy.
