To study the racial difference in the work opportunities we can use the conflict theory perspective . According to this theory there is always a conflict in the society for the scarce resources and the majority or the ruling class take benefits from this .It perpetuates their growth and they maintain their control over the resources . So when we see the racial dicrimnianton happening in the work opportunity from this perspective we see that races which are in majority control the system and use their power to keep the dirty races out of the employment system .It has been seen that the minority races often seen working in secondary and tertiary work sectors where as the majority races work in the primary sector at higher positions and jobs . This results a wage and employment gap between the races . The rich use this gap to exploit the poor and force them to unorganized labour or less paid labour . Racial discrimiaton thus stratifies the job sector .
