The humanistic approach of therapy is a type of therapy where the therapist give importance on the feeling of self-importance of the victim as a human beings. With the help of the existential approach od therapy it is said to the patient that their existence has more importance and many things depend on them.
Cognitive therapy is a broader aspects of therapy and it includes language acquisition, self-esteem, self-consciousness, individuality and so on. It focuses on the importance of the realizations and perception. On the other hand, cognitive-behavior focuses on the cognitive roles in controlling behavior of the individual. It includes the interactions of the individual in the different levels of the society.
Psychodynamic therapy imparts the victim how to control the emotional process. On the other hand, with the help of the psychoanalytic therapy the unconsciousness of the individual is aroused with the stimulation provided by the therapist.
