Answer : Multiattribute Model

The correct answer is multiattribute model. In this model different attributes are first selected and weights are assigned to the same. Each of the attributed is then assigned a score for the organization as well as its competitors. A ratio is then calculated between the score for the organization and its competitors. A weighted sum of the ratio is then computed to determine and quantify how much advantage the business has over its competitors.
