Nowadays the unions are weaker than they used to be because of the unorganised structure of the them in the recent times. There has been a huge increase in the supply of labour therefore, the effectiveness of unions are not at all existing in a proper manner.

Unions are not working properly and the management of unions are also not effective. Therefore it is very difficult to manage the unions in an organised manner therefore the structure of unions are now days going to be weak.

Now a days workers are in a better condition with unions organised cross markets because now these organisations are approaching the workers directly with their skills and with their efficiency so the workers effectiveness is also increasing . Therefore they are not dependent on the unions and the responsibility of the organisation is much more higher than the unions.

In country like Europe, all the workers are working according to the job requirement therefore there is no use of unions in such a structure. Sometimes the negotiations between the trade unions and the organisations make a loss to the workers because, if anyone amongst the particular professionals are automatically part of that union then it guarantee negotiations for all workers, it means they try to reduce the wages and salaries of the workers. Therefore the use of trade unions and the effectiveness of trade unions are not at all working in such an environment therefore the workers are always in a better of condition as per the present scenario
