As we can see from the picture carpel contains whole of the female reproductive parts of the flower ( Stigma, style, ovary, ovule), so the largest structure is CARPEL.

The ovary is located inside the carpel & ovule located inside the ovary, so Ovule is smaller than Ovary.

Embryo sac :- The megaspore of a seed-bearing plant, situated within the ovule, giving rise to the endosperm and forming the egg cell or nucleus from which the embryo plant develops after fertilization.

Megaspore ( embryo sac ) is situated within the Ovule which forms th egg cell so, embryo sac is larger than the egg but smaller than Ovule.
