Patients rights are defined as the basic rules that was control between the patient and health care professionals.

  • A patient has a right to be treated with care and respect with dignity and with protection of patients privacy.
  • A patient has a right to cause and reasonable response to questions and has right to know whether an interpreter is available if the patient does not speak language.
  • A patient has a right that was given by the medical care giver about the diagnosis,treatment and follow up.
  • A patient has a right for providing information about present complaints, past history, hospitalization, medication and surgeries to the health care provider.
  • A patient has a right to refuse treatment by following law.
